For sale is the SRPD73, released along with the initial set of Seiko 5 Sport watches new in 2019. The SRPD73 is a part of the "Suit" series, featuring a dive watch style unidirectional bezel, with faux patina lume on the applied hour markers and hands, and a very comfortable mesh bracelet. Like all Seiko 5 watches, this one features the 5 traits: an automatic movement, a day/date window, water resistance, crown at 4 o'clock, and durable case and bracelet.
The watch case has a final radial brushed top surface, with highly polished side surfaces. The bezel is easy to rotate, perfect for those who fidget. The watch has a bilingual date wheel featuring English and Spanish abbreviations for the days of the week. Typical Seiko, Saturday (Sabado) is in blue, and Sunday (Domingo) is in red.
This example was purchased new October 2020. Great watch, but I never bonded with it. The watch has spent most of its life in the watchbox. I've been very careful with it, and have only worn out of the house 4-5 times. Watch is in excellent condition.
The outer black box isn't perfect. On the back of the box, it has a slight tear in the top rear corner, and a dent in lower left corner.
This is a great starter piece for someone getting into automatic mechanical watches.
Specifications:
You'll be receiving everything that came with the watch, which includes:
Retail price $350 USD (as seen in the photo) or $450 CAD. Asking for $350 CAD plus insured shipping. Payment by Interac eTransfer. I'm not looking for any trades at this time. Local F2F available in YVR.
