Up for sale is a Vanuatu that I purchased new only a few weeks back. The warranty card is dated 11/29/2015. There are a few marks on some the screw due to sizing. It does have the typical bezel with a little play but nothing serious. It comes with everything as new, including the WR test results. The unbranded Seiko NH35 movement keeps excellent time with plenty of power reserve.
