This absolutely stunning L.U.C Chopard Lunar Big Date rose gold is like new in 42mm size. Due to the 42mm size it wears like a sporty dress watch and has a ton of presence. Although it is big it is only 11mm thick! A big watch that is THIN makes for a great wearing experience. The thin case hugs the wrist creating a lot of comfort. This particular watch is a special edition of only 250 pieces which was released prior to them releasing the standard edition. The most interesting thing about this edition is the textured pattern on the dial which was not on the standard version. The movement on this timepiece is expertly finished L.U.C Chopard in-house and appears finished to the level of Patek, truly gorgeous.

The watch was purchased at Canadian AD in September 2020 and has the balance of 5 year warranty. There is one caveat with this watch. The big date function flips only half way at the 31st day of the month. This was likely caused by someone trying to set the date between 9pm-3am which should not be done as the date wheel is already engaged. It likely needs to go to the service center in Toronto for a warranty fix for this small issue. Otherwise it keeps time perfectly. This is the reason why I am pricing this lower than I normal. I would rather not wait for it to be fixed myself. I am 99% sure this will be covered under warranty but if its not I will pay you for the cost to fix the problem.

MSRP: $44,500 + tax.
FSOT: $23,500 shipped and insured included to any location in Canada.

Something interesting about me is that I am open to considering all trades from all brands. Feel free to send a PM to discuss the timepiece you are considering to trade. However, cash is still king - if thats what you prefer.

I have hundreds of positive references as a forum sponsor in the positive feedback section so I hope you feel you can deal with me with confidence.

thanks for looking,

My wife and I are looking to raise funds for a piece of farmland to open an inn :)

I have GREAT news! The date change over problem seems to have corrected itself. The watch functions as intended and still has the full 5 year warranty just in case.

Anyone who makes a cash offer this weekend that is not completely out to lunch will not be refused.

Need to raise cash before end of month.

How about 20k for a 50k watch that is under 5 year warranty.

Does anyone buy watches these days? Perhaps I will have to keep it until everyone's TFSA recovers.
