I would rate it's condition at 9/10- this is primarily because the bead blasted finish on the case seems impervious to scratches. The sapphire crystal is flawless.
The beige OEM canvas strap is unworn- I put it on a NATO from the moment I got it.
The watch is very accurate- I'm seeing +3 seconds a day which is phenomenal.
Includes inner and outer box, manuals, unworn OEM strap and grey NATO pictured if wanted.
