What Does Your Watch Say?

Selling my OMEGA Speedmaster 145022-68ST Transitional 861
265 serial
I bought this watch from the second owner. He bought it in 1972 from the original owner. The only work that has been done to the watch is having the original crystal, which had a crack, replaced in 1972; a servicing in 2010; and lastly, a new Omega 1171 bracelet two weeks prior to the sale. Otherwise, the watch is as close to original as it was in 1968.
The bezel has faded from black to grey--a ghost bezel--which apparently is not an undesirable effect
The dial has taken on an even patina, with the hour markers being a combination of dark brown, and yellow, rather than the usual yellow. The hour hand has a bit of blackening, but the hour and chrono second hand a mustard yellow. The chrono and 60 second hands are still bight white.
The hour and chrono hands are original, and the chrono second hand is the earlier version, with the diamond counterweight, rather than the later flat counterweight. All chrono hands reset to zero, and the chronograph functions perfectly, keeping correct time.
I'm not sure if the crown is original to 1968, as it has the fat Omega symbol, rather than the skinny Omega symbol. The previous owner wasn't sure if the crown and pushers were replaced.
Asking $3700 OBRO Canadian PayPal shipped within Canada
Or $3550 E-Transfer shipped within Canada
Or $3500 OBRO cash in the Cambridge area, (we can meet at my Cambridge bank for the cash transaction.)
