Rarity compared to a Steel Daytona…. Check Chrono24… 36 of these are for sale in total…. Over 750 steel Daytonas.
No Patek Dealer will even take a deposit on these as they all get so few and the demand is obsured.

Patek Philippe 5167A-001 Aquanaut in Stainless Steel
New: June 30, 2016
Condition: one small little scuff at 1;30 on the shiny part of the bezel but very small and some very minor swirls…
This watch comes with an uncut OEM GREEN rubber strap never mounted and the now mounted very small black strap cut to the previous owner…. Roughly 6.5”
