This is my seldom worn Rolex Air King certified chronometer. Rolex describes this as follows:
35mm x 12mm polished SS screw back case
18K white gold fluted bezel
Water resistant to 100 meters.
Blue concentric dial with orange Arabic numerals and a white gold numeral at six
COSC certified Cal 3130 (base cal 3135) 31 jewel automatic movement
Note that this watch is very different than the Air King 114200, which has a smooth stainless steel bezel. My watch is the upgraded model with the 18K white solid gold fluted bezel as well as white gold Arabic hour marker at the 6.
The concentric blue dial is really quite gorgeous and the watch itself exudes class and style, as only a Rolex can. But as you all know, some watches just end up getting not so much wrist time. I have about 23 watches at present and only about a dozen or so are regularly worn. Sigh…
The watch has an M serial number which dates the production to 2008. I am the original owner, having purchased it brand new on January 29, 2010 (per the stamped warranty card, included with the watch – see photo). I have worn it maybe a dozen times. Apart from that it has remained constantly wound and running in one of my watch winder boxes.
Except for some light swirling on the clasp back (tried to show this in the photos), the watch is in near mint condition.
It is sized for my 7-1/4 inch wrist with an extra link – so it is long enough for a 7-1/2 inch wrist.
It comes complete with inner and outer boxes, hang tags, and international warranty card with my own name stamped on the back.
The watch had a list price of $5,150 USD. Will sell for CDN 3,995 OBRO + $75 insured and tracked shipping anywhere in the Continental USA or Canada. …. Prefer Paypal (I will absorb the extra fees for Paypal use).
Please note that I will not respond to either lowball offers or “what is your best price”.
I have bought and sold a number of watches on this site as well as on WUS – references available.
Thanks for looking.
