For sale is my 39mm Rolex Explorer I originally purchased in February 2017. This is the updated, mk2 version of the 214270 with the lumed numerals and longer seconds hand.
The watch has been a daily-wearer for me for the past two-plus years. It is in great condition with the case and bracelet showing the normal signs of wear you would expect for a watch that is a primary part of one's rotation. The watch is in unpolished condition and runs extremely well - generally +1 seconds per day if left crown up on my side table at night.
The sale is for the full set, including box, papers, hang tag, etc. Also included is a half-link that I purchased from my Rolex AD in Waterloo. Very handy as the micro-adjustment on the bracelet is limited... I found it really helped to get a perfect fit.
I am looking for a face-to-face transaction in the GTA or KW/Guelph/Cambridge areas. Apologies, but I won't consider shipping at this time.
I am selling because the vintage Seiko bug has bitten me hard, so proceeds will be used to further my collection in that direction. Partial trade offers for vintage Seiko are always welcome.
