Hi all,
For sale is my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39, reference 114300 with the Dark Rhodium dial. It was first purchased in August 2016 from a Toronto AD and has warranty until August 2021. I purchased it from the original owner in July 2017.
Included is:
- Warranty card, unnamed
- 13 links, not including the end links. 3 of which are not being used.
- Box
- Inner and outer cardboard boxes
- Rolex bag
- Hang tag w/ model & serial number
- Hang tag w/ green superlative certification
- Manual
- Guarantee manual
- Sleeve for warranty card
This has been my one and only watch for the past 22 months. It shows normal signs of daily wear. Many small hairline scratches/swirls and a couple very tiny nicks. One inside link has quite a bit of wear from the clasp blade rubbing against it - not a big deal as it's not seen. You could always swap if for one of the spare links. The most notable damage is from the previous owners strap changes. I did not use it off of the oyster bracelet, however the previous owner did with an Everest strap. He did a very poor job on the strap changes and damaged the lugs a bit. The top of the lugs have several scratches on the 6 o' clock side, and at the 12 o' clock side they are deep enough to catch a fingernail with visible metal scratched/chipped off - the last photo shows this best. It is quite small, but noticeable upon close inspection. The underside of the lugs have scratches as well. It did not bother me, so I purchased it anyway, but it may bother some. I've done my best to photograph this damage along with the normal scratches from daily wear. It's not very noticeable on wrist, but I've tried to exaggerate it for the photos.
As per the app on my phone, it runs at approximately +3.5 seconds per day based on my use. It has ran at this consistently since I've owned it.
As for references, I have sold several watches on this forum and elsewhere with great results.
The watch is priced at $5500 OBO. At the moment I am only looking for a face to face deal in the Greater Toronto Area. No trades.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
