For sale is my Rolex Oyster Perpetual, Ref. 1024, Circa 1967.
It has a 34mm yellow gold shell case and champagne dial. It features the Calibre 1570 non hack automatic movement. The watch was recently serviced and is running within COSC spec.
The case shows signs of wear for a piece of its age. There is some light scratching on the case, and slight pitting on the back of the lugs. Some deeper scratches in between the lugs where the bezel meets the body, see photo's. The dial has some spots - tiny bumps and light coloured spots. I've done my best to photograph the dial condition. The crystal is in very nice shape, possibly replaced, with a small nick on the side edge around the 7pm mark - please refer to the photo. It's not deep enough to catch my fingernail.
It comes with a 1 month old Bulang & Son's Blue Ink Leather Watch Strap. It has a small nick in the leather above the 12 mark. It also has an extra hole punched it in, by the manufacturer, for my small wrist. I will also include a brown lizard strap.
No box or papers.
I will include below photo's of my own along with photo's from the seller I purchased it from.
