Hi all!
For sale today is a Steinhart Ocean 1 Vintage Red. I`ll be sad to see this one go, it is a gorgeous timepiece. One of the best value watches at this price point (a wise man once said to me that Steinhart gives you 90% of a Rolex at 10% at the cost, and I could not agree more).
Some details -
-I used the watch in a rotation but this Steinhart remains in great shape. See pictures. Some light wear on the case sides that is hard to capture in pictures.
-Comes with lightly used bracelet (the pictures make it look nearly perfect but there is some minor wear) and unused nylon NATO strap. Steinhart made a fantastic solid steel bracelet for this watch, it`s extraordinarily comfortable and sturdy.
-7 months old, warranty card states November 2012, so the watch has over a year of warranty remaining of its two-year period. Original receipt included, as well as box, etc.
-The strong lume, domed sapphire crystal, and lack of cyclops are my favourite features of the OVR
-2 extra fat 22mm spring bars included + bonus bond black and grey stripe pass-through nylon RAF strap (a la Daniel Craig)
I will consider trades for an MKII Nassau (+ cash on my side) or some of the Squale 20 atmos series (especially the 20 atmos vintage with NOS dial, although the Maxi and Heritage are also great).
$425 USD net by PayPal shipped to the US, $415 USD net by PayPal to Canada and $400 Canadian for a local deal in Toronto or Mississauga. Buy with confidence, I have lots of references on the watchuseek forums under the name Federer.
