To appease the wife after my latest purchase, I'm putting my Tag Heuer Aquaracer Chronotimer (CAF1010.FT8011) up for sale. This is the black dial version. It is an awesome analog-digital watch with multiple features and functions including:
- Dual time zone
- Chronograph
- Countdown timer
- Alarm
- Perpetual calendar
- Sapphire crystal with double-sided AR coating
- Water resistance to 300m
- Luminescent hands, hour markers, and digital display
- Unidirectional bezel
- 43.5mm case diameter
One of the neat features about this watch is that you can choose several different digital displays: you can turn the digital display off, have the day/date and time, or display the second time zone. I'm also still amazed every time I set the time digitally and watch the hands move into the proper positions.
This watch has been well-cared for in a non-smoking home with no pets. It is rated at "Near Mint" according to T.Z. guidelines. There is some very subtle wear on the edges of the polished bezel (9 o'clock side) in the center section only, which I have tried to display (see below).
Otherwise, the case, bezel, buckle, bracelet are in excellent condition. No issues with the bezel movement and the luminescent dot lines up perfectly at 12 o'clock. Lume and display are perfect.
Purchased from an AD in October 2011 and I am the original owner. Watch comes with original box, case + pillow, manual, and international warranty card with 2 months of warranty from Tag Heuer remaining.
MSRP on this watch (which is now discontinued) was $2800. My price is $1300, which includes Paypal fees and shipping. I will also include an Oakley watch vault (large) that fits this watch perfectly.
