I am at odds to explain why Panerai watches have been so quiet in the secondary market these days.... I can understand that guys are tired of the same old models going round and round and are looking for something fresh, but even the fresh ones are quiet.
I have 3 of these fresh ones. They are all MINT watches, at least 95% condition with nothing more than a few swirlies from shirtsleeves, or fleabites around the screwholes from strap changes. They are all boxed and include all of their papers. They are all under warranty for between 18 and 22 months. That's the way you want to buy 'em.
The 422 is the "Fiddy" killer. Released brand new at $11,200, which is $5000 to $10000 below the one time value of the watch it essentially replaces. And it comes with an in-house movement and power reserve on the back. It is a very large watch at 47mm, but it is a killer on the wrist. It dresses up magnificently on croc, or dresses down on the factory assolutamente strap. This example was purchased at the only Panerai Authorized dealer in Montreal!

It needs a new home. It has come close to leaving many many times, but still it sits in my safe. I am reducing it now to $8750.
The 540 is a Boutique Limited Edition produced especially for the Venice Boutique. It has the Piazza San Marco gorgeously etched into the caseback. As all of the boutique limiteds, it comes on assolutamente strap, and is accompanied by a numbered scroll and an enormous boxset. It was purchased in Venice very late this summer and has been worn about a dozen times. I am reducing the price to $6650 to help find her a new home. I don't think that there are now or have ever been any of these show up on the forums, it is that new!

What can I say about the 512?! It is a departure from the standard models, that's for certain. It is smaller, thinner and lighter. The case design is fresh, as is the new in-house manual wind movement that sits under the hood. Winds like a dream. Wears so comfortably and light, you kinda have to keep checking that its there! But it still looks wonderfully Panerai on the wrist. This is not just for the small wrist guys who cant pull off the standard 44mm Luminor case, but rather for the guys who often wear suits and want their watches to peek out instead of bulge out. Its only a couple of months old, and I have worn it myself a good dozen times. It is absolutely fabulous! It was only shown to the public for the first time at Basel 2013, and I don't even know if it is available in any of the stores in Canada yet. I am reducing this one to $6950.

As usual, all of these prices include fully insured fedex overnight shipping to any address in Canada. I will also include one aftermarket strap with each of these watches. These straps all retail new around $200 each!
Please email me with any questions at canwatchco@gmail.com I will consider some possible trades for other high end watches.
They are all in Montreal, and, as usual, you may come by and try before you buy.
Cheers!
