Its been a while since I had one of these in my hands. I had almost forgotten how magnificent this watch really is.
I bought this watch 2 - 3 years ago. Wore it for a while, and then sold it locally to a great friend. He has worn it religiously ever since. It originally came on a croc strap. He then purchased a rubber / titanium strap and wore it that way for about a year. Then he had me sell his original croc and buy him a new bracelet for it. It was over $1300!!
For those of you that have been lucky to have owned any of the UN Maxi Marine watches on bracelet, you know what I mean when I state that it is amongst the nicest bracelets ever produced by any watch manufacturer.
The watch is in excellent condition. It actually shows mint, but it is not. There are numerous fleabites to the bezel ring and coin edges. None that stand out. Most could be removed with a Cape Cod. There are several scratches to the lugs, mostly caused by screwdriver slips during strap / bracelet changes. Likely all of them could be polished out. The high polished bracelet has its share of swirlies and scratchies, particularly near the clasp. Those too could likely all be removed.
Overall the watch looks mint on the wrist. I will call it 90%.

It is a fine kit. Ulysse Nardin produces (arguably) some of the nicest finished watches on the planet. This model is no exception. The dial and hand are magnificent. Power reserve and sub-seconds present.
The Ulysse Nardin rubber / titanium strap will be included as well. With adjustmensts available, it should easily fit up to 8". Beyond that you may have to order new rubber inserts. The titanium shoulder insert and clasp both have their fair share of scratches. Scotchbrite may bring that back, but I leave it to you. There are a couple of tiny nicks to the rubber edge, but still very serviceable.
Most of you know me as selling only absolutely mint 95% + watches, so I barely ever go into this much detail on condition. I do so on this watch in the interest of full disclosure. Most sellers would still call it mint.
I would unhesitatingly wear this watch with absolute pride. It is truly stunning. In fact I will be wearing it tonight!
Retail today is $10,000 or more on bracelet with the addition of a second strap. I am asking $5350 on your wrist to any address in Canada. I want this watch to stay in Canada, so I will consider trades for other high end Swiss or Germnan watches.
