Hi all,
I recently acquired this vintage Polerouter Date from a friend’s family estate sale. Listing it to see if theres some interest - if not would happily keep it.

Details [Please bear in mind I am not a Polerouter expert]:
- Serial on back lists this as a 204612-2, from the mid 1960s (As per: https://universalgenevepolerouter.com/reference-tables/reference-table-steel-gold-plated/)
- Dial looks good - subtle signs of ‘spotting’ patina, some dust and two minor scratches on dial (near logo & 8 o clock)
- Seller claims the movement was serviced a couple of years ago, based on my two weeks of wearing this I have no reason to doubt that as it keeps time accurately and power reserve seems strong
- The crystal has been replaced
- The crown has been replaced by a “super-compressor” style crown but works perfectly; It has been brought to my attention this could be replacement crown from a Polerouter Sub, which is a highly coveted part on its own
- The minute hand looks like a replacement (as lume looks newer than on hour hand)
- Light swirl scratches throughout the case as expected of a 60 year old watch, minor ding on right side of case under crown (picture taken)
- Including a great condition NOMOS suede strap with an unmarked buckle
Setting this at a price of $1,550 CAD, shipped anywhere in North America, insured.
