I purchased this pair of watches hoping to have a watchmaker use parts from the two to make one working watch. I lost interest in this project.
There are no serials I can see on the movements. There are serials on the cases but after hours of research, I can't even begin to give a date range of possibilities.The cases are gold-filled. I do not know that karat but it seems that "Fortune" was AWWC's 20 year plating. The cases measure 26.8mm. Both movements are marked "Unicorn 15 Jewels." One of the movements is missing a balance wheel and hairspring. Neither of these movements function.
