Selling a very nice Hamilton Thinomatic T-278 from the 1960s.
Original, unrefinished dial is well preserved. Date window at 3 o’clock.
Solid 14k yellow gold case with a very nice textured bezel. Nicely sized at approximately 34.5mm not including the crown.
Case with movement weighs approximately 31 grams, meaning that there is approximately 15grams of solid gold in the case, which equates to a scrap gold value of approximately $550-575.
Inside is a microrotor automatic movement. Watch is in working order. I don’t have a photo of the movement as the watch is front loading (movement has to be removed through the front of the watch).
Price: $625 shipping included - essentially the scrap gold value.
