Vintage Mondaine 25 Jewel Automatic Date, Just Serviced

Here is a nice collectible Mondaine automatic date with some interesting features. Just serviced by a reliable independent watchmaker. This watch dates to 1950s, possibly early 1960s.

DIAL: silvered dial in pristine condition with stick hands/markers, interesting minute chapter and RED date wheel. Marked "T SWISS MADE T"

CASE: in good vintage condition. Thick chamfered lugs are beveled. Crown has Mondaine logo and I believe it is original to the watch.

MOVEMENT: AS 1903 25 jewel automatic with centre sweep seconds.

Included strap is a lightly used vintage Corfam 11/16" (18 mm) in very good condition.

Priced at $410 EFT, shipped. FTF in Ottawa always welcome. Always open to reasonable offers; but no trades on this one. Better pictures on request. Thanks for looking.

The longer I own this, the more I like it. Narrow bezel gives it a bigger look; the red date is neat, and the logo (see the last picture) is cool. The hash marks on the minute chapter are thirty second intervals--who would do that? :)

But anyway here's a bump for someone looking for a neat vintage piece, just serviced, with a workhorse movement.
