Here's a watch I'm really wondering if I want to sell,
It's a watch I picked up about 7 years ago when living in England. This Eterna is like a super elegant Explorer at 37mm.
A chronometer ETA 2824 with some of the most beautiful decoration I've ever seen on an ETA. Solid, heavy and ultra comfortable bracelet. Outstanding build quality overall.
I had it serviced summer of 2012 so it is due for another one but still running well.
It shows it's fair share of marks but could be polished to like new again. The AR coating on the sapphire is marked as well although it never bothered me like it does on say a Breitling as it doesn't show as terribly... Could be removed if the new owner wished. The bracelet will only fit up to a 7" wrist but comes with an Eterna crocodile strap as well.
This generation of Eterna are by far, some of the most underrated watches ever made. They were just hitting way above their weight through the 90s to early 2000s. The quality of Omega at a fraction of the price.
Comes with the box, service receipt and international warranty booklet as well as an Eterna crocodile strap and signed pin buckle.
