To the attention of distinguished watch collectors:

Panerai PAM0213 Luminor 1950 Rattrapante 44mm was made for only 3 years (2005-2008). There are about 3500 of them worldwide. It sits in the Historic collection of Panerai.

The 213 is one of the most sought-after Panerai watches. It holds the traits that a connoisseur would want in a modern Panerai, such as; impressive brushed 1950 case, marvelous sapphire dial, awesome domed crystal, split second chronograph a.k.a. rattrapante that enables to time two separate events, rarity, collectability and extreme reliability.

This watch comes with outer box, inner box, user manual, strap change tool, a brand new OEM Panerai alligator strap ($520), fairly new OEM rubber strap, and an OEM tang buckle. (I have extra OEM straps and an OEM deployment buckle displayed in one of the photographs. These items do not readily come with the watch, nor are they reflected in the asking price, but I am open to negotiations.)

The watch does not come with a warranty card or warranty booklet. I have had the watch authenticated by Humbertown Jewellers (an authorised Panerai AD and service centre) at a cost of $300. During the authentication, not only it was verified to be a totally authentic watch, the AD confirmed with Paneria in Switzerland that the movement number matched the case number. The watch was appraised at $18,xxxx by Humbertown. The watch is keeping excellent time. It has very minor wear signs. The crystals have no scratch or swirl. I have yet to meet any CWC member other than Harbinger who truly appreciates an unpolished watch. I could get it polished to make it look brand new at no cost to the purchaser if so desired. The photographs have not been altered to make the watch look prettier, or to hide any imperfections. I could provided more photos.

Opportunity to own a well-loved PAM0213 does not come often. If you want to have a collectible watch that you will unlikely to see on anyone else's wrist and it is as rare as a red Submariner; a watch that is retro yet modern; a watch that will appreciate in value; a watch that will make the ladies like you, other men to envy you, then, look no further! PAM 0213 IS IT!!!

Price: $10,650. No need to be shy to make an offer. Even spouses negotiate with each other nowadays :)))

To clarify, this watch does not come with Panerai warranty card or warranty booklet. Instead, it comes with an authentication and appraisal document from Humbertown Jewellers, cost of which was $300. I prefer an authentication document over the original warranty card.

In an effort to make it a little more affordable, I may sell the watch without the box and user manual if that's what a potential buyer wants. Price, in that case, would be $9,999.
