Please do your research on this watch. It is NOT a normal GMT 2 It has what is being referred to as the "error" or "stick" dial. They very rarely come up for sale and since Rolex doesn't release their production numbers there is no way of knowing how many there are but there are not many out there. It is an absolute must have for a Rolex collector.

This is a D serial number with the 3185 movement. I am the original owner and it is as complete as you will find. The error dials started to show up in the Y serial range (before D) and ended in the Z serial range (after D)with some having the 3186 movement which has unfortunately caused some people to put the movement from a newer GMT2 into a 16710 and claim it as original. I refer to these as "franken-watches". Mine is as original as the day it came off the line.

It has never been polished and I have never had it serviced as it is still keeping excellent time.

I am asking $30K for it and am not looking for trades at this time. I very much prefer F2F in GTA but will ship on a wire transfer.

I have attached some pictures showing everything that comes with it right down to the hang tags and outer box sleeve. If there is a particular angle you want to see let me know and I will happily take a picture for you.

Thanks for looking.
