WTT Panerai 024K Complete for ??

I am putting feelers out right now and am not in a rush to make a trade, so it has to be the right deal. Looking for a straight trade, no cash involved. Silly trade-offers will be ignored.

I have a Panerai 024K complete (the newer quick-change strap exchange system). I have inner and outer boxes, ownership card, owner's manual, the OEM velcro dive strap, quick-change strap tool, the OEM rubber dive strap with OEM deployment buckle, the polish clothe and the rubber crown protector. The watch is in excellent condition and I have excellent and independantly verifiable references.

In return, I am looking for a watch of close or comparable value (Rolex or Omega preferred, although all others considered. No Breitlings unless Emergency model). Watch must also be in excellent condition with box and papers / manuals. I would require the same excellent and independantly verifiable references in return. Only Canadian transactions, please. I can meet anywhere in the GTA.
