Up for your consideration is a 1990 Zenith El Primero De Luca. The De Luca is is a unique watch that has quite the following amongst collectors. This specific iteration is speculated to have produced only 680 pieces between 1990-92. I personally prefer this model because of the Mercedes hands and the non screw down pushers.
This watch is in great condition for a 30 year old sports watch and the lume plots and hands have aged nicely against the panda dial. Unfortunately the majority of recent De Lucas sold are very worn with chewed up bezels, worn out case backs and/or are brutally over polished. This is not the case with this watch. That being said the watch does show normal signs of age and wear for a sports watch of this age. Please refer to photos to see just how nice it is. Also note how crisp the logo is on the case back.
You can also buy this watch in confidence knowing that you will not have to worry about servicing for quite some time. If you have ever serviced an El Primero you know the service is not cheap especially when it is done properly. The El Primero movement received a full service overall back in March 2020. Service documents will be provided to new owner.
Watch comes with Zenith box, original bracelet and Strapsco strap.
