Up for grabs is a watch that needs no real introduction.
Replicated to no end, the submariner has always been the daily that most collectors gravitate toward; whether owed to its tool watch roots, or its current luxury status, it is a watch that will likely get the most wear and use from any user, whether on vacation or in a suit.
The watch itself is in excellent shape for the age, with some minor hairlines to the case side, case back, couple links and clasp.
The 116610 retained the Maxi case, which a good number of collectors preferred to the current 126610 case change.
Despite its 40mm, this piece wears like a 41mm, while the opposite is true of the 126610
Powering the watch is the venerable 3135 movement that runs at +3s/day
This watch is currently sized for my 7.3” wrist with 2 extra links in the bag.
Also included is the bezel protector, green hang tag, warranty card, manual, wallet, and NFC service card with warranty until 2027.
The watch comes with inner & outer box and sleeve.
