This MC (Manufacture Cartier) is what the brand calls Large and while its proportions at 43.92 mm x 34.3 mm don’t indicate a massive sizing, it is well suited to wrists over 6-6.5”
The watch is a slim 9.5mm thick and has a lug width of 25.5mm and the older style minderless clasp that folds the strap over.
The mix of brushIng on the case side adds a bit of rough and tumble to an otherwise polished timepiece and the curved sapphire is a nice choice paired with the watch.
The dial features a radial style silver flinqué dial pattern that is evocative of decades past and the blued hands are a must for a Cartier.
Powering the watch is the 1904-PS MC, which can. be viewed through a rare occurring, sapphire caseback.
The watch comes as a full set and is in overall excellent condition given the age with some minor hairlines to the case side and polished chamfers.
No service history but it runs quite well at -4s/day
