Up today is my very good condition 2022 Omega Planet Ocean in the Black colour way.
For those familiar with the Seamaster lineup, you will be hard pressed to find a more robustly built and over engineered timepiece at this price point.
The bezel grip is perfect unlike the SMP300 and the bezel action on the watch is crisp and sure
Rated to 600m water resistance, it will survive depths you can’t and the lume show in lowlight is a sight to behold.
This model is best suited to a wrist size over 6.75” and sits perfectly on my 7.5” owing to a relatively short (shorter than the smp300) lug to lug
There are a few two notable signs of wear, namely the clasp, a couple of links and a few faint hairlines on the polished edge of the case.
The watch winds and runs as it should at about +2s a day.
Warranty remains on this piece till 2027.
The watch retails at almost $9600 plus tax and the nato at $250+ tax
