Hey folks
Up for grabs is a watch I never entertained for my wrist size despite its amazing dial.
On my 7.5” wrist I was pleasantly surprised by how well it wore despite its thickness at 17.7mm, though the 51mm lug to lug aides this wearability factor
This 44mm tank feels every bit as tough as it looks with the bonus of a beautiful gradient dial from blue to black
The dome on the crystal is rather deceiving until you catch it at an angle and realize the distortion a 5.5mm thick crystal renders; obviously essential for the depth rating of 12,800 feet
This is a one owner Canadian watch and a copy of the original receipt can be provided as well.
The 3235 movement provides a venerable 0/+1s accuracy per day and I truly enjoy the lack of a cyclops on the crystal.
The bezel action on these is slightly more surefooted than on the submariner and quick adjust system for the glidelock is tooltastic to say the least.
Overall condition on the watch is excellent. There are signs of wear as it was worn in steady rotation, mainly to the clasp as pictured, and minor hairlines to the case side, with minor fleabites in the non crown side.
The bottom right and upper left lug edge have the tiniest of fleabites, as well as the bottom portion of the crown guard, just barely visible in the pictures supplied.
All factory links present, the watch is sized for my 7.5” wrist with an extra link and a couple more spaces on the glidelock.
The watch has not been polished, and comes as a full kit including both hang tags, manuals, wallet, double box and of course the watch.
Warranty remains until Dec 2027
Current MSRP is $18,490.
I’m asking $19,199 in the GTA
.
