Sold 2022 Seiko SPB253 62MAS “Black Series” $1150

Up today I have a Limited edition release from everyone’s favourite brand, Seiko.

These were released in a batch of 5500, so while not truly a limited number, they are also not as readily available as their SPB143 counterparts.

Pretty much identical in case design to the latest 62MAS reinterpretation, this is as stealthy a piece as one could hope for without breaking the bank

At 40.5mm, it’s the perfectly sized daily and comes mounted on a brown Seichu braided strap which has an elasticity to it.
Also included is a complimentary seiko rubber strap which would go perfectly with the stealthy look.

The orange accents on the bezel and minute hand add a pop of colour to set this piece off and is reminiscent of the Omega planet ocean black and orange colourway.

The handset and markers are lumibrite filled and in true seiko fashion glow like a torch.

The watch is BNIB, unused and unworn.
