Up for grabs is one of my favourite Aquis’ till date.
The watch features a gradient dial that transitions from teal to a light green inspired by the light reflection off the salt marshes in the Wadden Sea.
This model features a circular date indication, and is water-resistant to 300 metres
This model commemorates the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat and aims to protects the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is threatened by climate change and pollution.
The Aquis lineup has some of the best dials around and this model is no different, from dial to the tungsten bezel, it’s every bit as tough as it is beautiful
The watch comes in at 43.5mm and wears similar to a 41mm timepiece pictured on my 7.5” wrist.
Included in the packages is the watch, box, tags, extra links, extra OEM strap, strap change tool, manual and warranty card.
The watch is limited to 2009 pieces and this is number 865
Retail is $4350, I’m asking $2650 shipped
