Up today I have one of the coolest, funkiest and most colourful watches I’ve ever owned.
There are some blemishes on the watch’s bracelet, clasp and non crown side by way of hairlines, nothing deep and nothing noticeable while on wrist or at arms length.
The Upcycle Oris Aquis Date features a dial that is made from recycled PET ocean plasticsand in keeping with Oris’ commitment to being climate neutral.
As a result of the dial making process, no two dials are the same and yield a different colour palette and pattern with every piece.
Finding a dial that with a balance of colourful and legibility can be a task with these models and I think this one satisfies that criteria for the environmentally friendly enthusiast in mind.
At 41.5mm the watch is very wearable and super comfortable on wrist.
The ceramic bezel in grey is an ideal for a casual time piece and ensures focus remains on the dial.
Warranty on this model runs until February 2026 and comes with the full kit including receipt, thought it is missing a couple links, but should fit a 7” wrist easily.
