Hey folks
Up today I have my Ranger in the newest 36mm Dune variant
The sizing along with the 70 hour power reserve makes it likely one of the best entry level tool watches at its price point.
More often, the Explorer is the go to luxury “tool watch” but at its higher price point is a bit of a pill to swallow, while the ranger leans a bit more tool-like with similar quality at a far cheaper price point
While simple in aesthetic, it has its nuances with the bezel edge, chamfers to the case and an inarguably legible dial; a luxurious tool watch that could very well be the stalwart of a starter or established collection.
Similar in almost every regard to its black dial counterpart, it departs from the original with its dial layout as there are lume plots around the markers, instead of fully lumed markers, leaning a bit more vintage; quite apropos for the beige dial.
The only markings on the watch is a minor hairline to the clasp and some of the screws were worn a bit during sizing at La Difference.
Accuracy is between 0s/+2s a day
The package includes, double box, manuals, warranty card and extra link. Currently sized loose for my 7.3” wrist
Retail is $4480 plus tax, I’m asking $4199 shipped from the GTA
