This is a very unique watch, which while I enjoy it a couple times a year deserves a lot more wrist time than I can provide.
It's got a solid Miyota movement running well, a left hand crown and offset dial for an interesting look. The mesh bracelet has good thickness and quality.
From what I recall it's a Japanese company founded by a couple of Swiss expats.
My favorite feature is probably the dished dial and red seconds hand.
