I have a beautiful Breitling Navitimer for sale. The reference number is A13322. The diameter is 41.5mm, 14.6mm thickness & 22mm lug width. It is the slate blue dial version, has a sapphire crystal and is in great condition. The movement was just inspected and it's running very strong. The movement's amplitude is 302 and it's running near perfect time, easily in COSC specifications. It comes with the original Breitling leather strap/buckle which is well worn and I'll throw in a new Hirsh blue leather strap.
