Up for grabs is one of the nicest watches I had the pleasure of owning. The overall engineering and aesthetic of the watch is just simply mind boggling. Housing the world’s thinnest automatic chronograph movement (3.3mm for the movement, totalling at 8.75mm total thickness with the case), the calibre BVL 318 features a peripheral oscillating weight (made of platinum and aluminum) that sits flush with the rest of the movement. The BVL 318 is a fully integrated, in-house built, column wheel chronograph with lateral clutch that also incorporates GMT functionality as well.
Yes, this watch packs a punch while still remaining super comfortable to wear on the wrist due to its exceptionally crafted case and bracelet (Gerald Genta designed). Best of all, it features a stunning sunburst blue “reverse panda” dial that really pops in the right lighting. This watch also features a screw-down crown, giving it 100 meters of water resistance.
