For sale only is my Eterna Legacy 1948. Please note that there are several Eterna 1948 legacy models, the highest end one is with the small second hand and in-house 3903A spherodrive movement (which is the one on sale in this listing), and there is also a lower end model with central second hand that uses a lower grade ETA movement. The list price difference between the two version is at least $2000. This watch is listed between 2k and 4k on Chrono 24.
This 100% Swiss Made Eterna 1948 Legacy Small Second Automatic watch on Alligator Strap is in absolute mint condition having only been worn for a couple of hours. When I bought it it was 100% brand new and unworn, and it will come with all the boxes, hanging tag, and open warranty card. In my humble opinion, if you are in the market for a in-house movement automatic winding dress watch with highest quality craftsmanship, I dare to say this watch is offering you the highest value/price ratio in the current watch market, period. The anti-reflective sapphire crystal (applied on both sides) will minimize the glare from every angle. The highly polished hands and marks are faceted and rhodium-plated which are extremely elegant contrast against the black dial, providing you a timeless classic look of the watch. In short, for less than $1000 this watch is absolutely a steal. The look and feel of the equipped in-house 3903A movement can rival ANY Swiss Made automatic movement. It is important to mention that Eterna 3903A movement is the first round shape movement that incorporated the Eterna's famous Spherodrive technology, as results, the movement is almost maintenance free and more accurate than the standard automatic movement. Currently keeping time within 1 second per day.
The watch is 42mm with a 22mm lug spacing and a thickness of 12mm. The strap is genuine alligator. This is a full kit with an undated warranty card. The watch is on a new Milanese bracelet which is fully adjustable and was purchased from StrapCo and is also included in the sale.
