Hey CWC,
I am running into some watch fatigue and have decided to list my 41 mm Alpine Eagle in case anyone has been looking for a (self) gift for Christmas!
This is a BNIB watch that was purchased by me late this summer ($20.7K + Ontario tax; receipt available for reference) and then neglected as I got called for other watches / dad life happened and now I am thinking of rolling the funds into another hobby, this is an absolutely unworn, unsized, fully stickered, Canadian example with bonus extended warranty qualifying (+5-years).
In my opinion, this is the most underrated integrated sports model available on the market:
- 41 mm, double-AR coated sapphire crystal, 9.7 mm thick, exhibition caseback
- slate-grey, radial, swirling “eagle-iris” pattern with baton-style, rhodium-plated indices with Super-LumiNova
- Chopard 01.01-C, fully in-house movement (COSC, 28,800 vph [4 Hz], ~60 hours power reserve) with 100M water resistance
- proprietary "lucent steel A223" SS ultra-refined alloy engineered to be 50% harder than standard steel, highly scratch-resistant, dermatologically hypoallergenic, and notably brighter (think white gold sheen)
- twin-trigger, low-profile, butterfly clasp that is uber comfortable
- now with the extended warranty to 5-years!
Priced to be the cheapest landed example world-wide, $17000.00 FTF +/- ship; cash offers preferred but favourable trades considered.
Now to the photos and check-out Teddy's take on it here:
a few photos with the stickers off and in descent lighting:
