FS: A rare pair of Tudor big block chronographs 79180

Uncommonly found for sale and high in demand on other watch forums - The tudor big block has nearly doubled in value in the last 5 years. Closely resembling the 6239 Daytona which now sell for $40,000+ many collectors speculate that the big block will continue to quickly increase in value. Both of these watches are from the year 1995 which make them some of the last produced with acrylic crystal. They have no known service history but are both working very well and functioning as intended. If you look closely you will see that my prices are very fair and that is not even taking into consideration that these are impossible to find in Canada.

The first example is a panda dial in UNPOLISHED condition. This watch is in very good condition for an unpolished watch that is 25 years old. There are some marks on the case and bezel and a small mark on a crown guard. Additional pictures for serious buyers via text message or wattsapp. This watch comes with WATCH ONLY

The second example has a reverse panda dial (black dial silver sub dial) and is in excellent condition and only lightly polished in the past and very professionally done. There is no damage aside from light hairline marks. This watch is COMPLETE with box, papers, outer Box, hang tag, and booklet.

Guys I have people asking me if these are the same as the "tiger" Tudor chronographs..SMH...haha. Here is an interesting read! I am open to reasonable offers AND TRADES but I may just keep these to be honest and start a collection.

These are great prices and some of the only big blocks for sale on any forum...and undercutting chrono24 /w an unpolished example.. Do some research if you are interested. I am open to interesting trades.

Panda is SOLD.

The reverse panda remains with complete set. Box, papers, hang tag, everything. Only very lightly and professionally polished. Lug holes are not blown out at all (so many big block examples with blown out lug holes) and original chamfers still visible. Purchased from davidsw and listed as "excellent condition"...it is basically flawless and 25 yrs old.
