Hey everyone, for sale is my Caravelle Sea Hunter aka Devil Diver. I’ve owned this watch for several years and it’s time to let someone else enjoy it. It has not been serviced during my possession and the service history is unknown. However, it’s keeping good time and winds without any issue. I personally polished the crystal myself about a year ago. Since then, it has two noticeable scratches and a couple very small ones throughout the crystal but overall it’s very clear with no haze. The bezel is perfect and turns bidirectionally smoothly. The case is in good shape for a 49 year old watch. A few small scratches and small dings are present but nothing serious. The crown is original and signed. The case back has a brushed satin finish with a few scratches. The matte dial and hands are absolutely perfect. From my research and knowledge, this handset and dial form a rare combination. The baton hour/minute hands and the lollipop seconds hand are unusual to see with a 2-line “Waterproof” dial. Overall, the watch is in great shape.
I will include a lightly worn Crown & Buckle sand colour nato and a off-brand black rubber tropic strap.
