The watch was purchased in 2016 and is a Japanese Domestic Model and includes the famous Spring Drive technology. I would rate it at 85% with your standard hairline scratches on the bracelet and bezel. There are a few scratches around the lugs and underneath from strap changing which I have pictured below.
Watch is keeping time perfectly. Bracelet is sized for my 6.75 inch wrist and includes 4 extra links, and 4 pin bars. However there are only 4 screws (meaning you can only add 2 extra links). Those darn screws are so tiny they are so easy to lose!
