I have for sale an IWC Pilot Mark XVIII white/silver dial, receipt, Jomashop warranty, full kit. Bought from Jomashop USA and paid ~$3800 Canadian with tax, and ~$700 in import duties/taxes, so total of ~$4500. Literally only about 2 weeks old. Selling because I find it a bit big for my wrist (mine is 6.25"), and just bought another watch from a forum member.
Only blemish is a faint, superficial scratch on the outside of the buckle and another tiny one on the 4 o'clock lug, which is essentially not visible in most circumstances (will try my best to capture in pictures). There is also a small superficial scrape on one the BACK of the broad end of one of the leather straps, which is hidden normally. Otherwise the watch is in pristine condition.

Offers are welcome but please consider that I am selling it at a loss of $1000 already given it's only about 2 weeks old. This watch costs close to $6000 with tax at the IWC AD in Toronto. Payment is with EMT only... sorry no PayPal. FTF available in Toronto or Kingston. I am a resident physician and you can easily identify me, and 1 reference is available on a watch I just sold.
