Selling my IWC watch in 9.5/10 condition. Watch purchase date was January 2018.

Purchased brand new by me in 2018 from an AD in Japan while I was travelling there. I am the one and only owner of the watch and when the watch was not worn it was stored back in its original box. Selling because the watch wasn’t worn much by me and I would like to purchase another watch that I can wear daily.
Warranty card is dated and comes with original box and manuals. Original alligator strap and has very very minimal wear.
Face to face meeting in Vancouver preferred.
