I have a LNIB full kit Seiko Capitan Willard SPB151J1 for sale.
The bezel looks perfectly aligned in my eye. Also, the time keeping is excellent.
This was purchased from a Canadian AD on late March 2021. Three year warranty and unnamed warranty card.
