Going up for sale today is my Longines Heritage Classic for Hodinkee, one of a limited run of 500, reference number L2.828.4.72.2. Cream coloured dial center contrasted with a with a silver coloured sector track and blued hands, and equipped a COSC chronometer housed in a perfectly sized case measuring 38.5mm in diameter and 11mm thick. This full kit offering comes with both the original beads of rice bracelet and original brown leather of strap, plus a nicely paired aftermarket taupe leather strap.
Condition: I'd categorize this as being in very good to excellent condition, with a few subtle marks here and there on the case, the worst wear being some scratches on the polished caseback and some strap change marks on the rear of the lugs. The Longines brown leather strap is in unworn condition. The bracelet was worn a handful of times, and is in very clean condition, with only a few subtle hairlines in the clasp. The aftermarket taupe strap was only sparingly worn, and is in excellent condition. This is full kit with hang tags, tool, COSC certificate, warranty card. Warranty card is undated, which I believe to be typical of this kit, but I have the original order email from Hodinkee, from October of 2021, meaning that over three years of the 5-year warranty remain for buyer confidence. COSC movement is keeping excellent time.
Price: The only other one posted on here was last bumped at $3K before sale, and so I'll ask a comparable $2975, shipped and insured.
