The watch comes with in its Rolex Box and RSC Toronto service papers dated December 2017. R Serial and is keeping COSC time.
It's in great condition with no glaring or notable issues beyond mild bracelet stretch.

It's absolutely gorgeous in person and also under the camera lens. The raised acrylic crystal is hands down my personal favourite aspect of this watch, next to the font they used which features the open 6, 9 and also the flat 4.
Priced at $9500.
I would greatly prefer face to face in Toronto/GTA but will be open to shipping. Plenty of references, buy with confidence.
The watch is 34mm, but doesn't look much smaller than a 39.5mm watch thanks to the oyster case and bezel. If you're comfortable with a 36mm, you won't notice a difference here; at least in my opinion.
