Offered for sale is a very nice vintage Omega that dates back to 1951-2.
Original, unrefinished dial features a unique waffle texture, applied hour markers and Omega sign. The dial and lume have developed a warm patina. The applied markers give off an awesome reflection in the lighting.
The watch features a somewhat uncommon 14k gold filled case that was manufactured by the Star Watch Case Company in the US. The case features fancy lugs. The case measures approximately 33-34mm though it wears larger due to the lug design and slightly thicker case that houses the bumper movement.
Inside is a sought after cal. 351 automatic bumper movement. Service history is unknown but the watch winds smoothly and is keeping pretty good time. As with any 70+ year old watch, a service is recommended if you intend to wear the watch daily or expect it to have quartz like precision.
