FS: Vintage Rolex GMT Master 1675 from 1971

Thanks for letting me join. I'm selling a GMT Master, production date 1971. It was given to me by my parents in 1974 and it has been in my possession ever since. Some 10 years ago, when I didn't know any better, the face and hands were changed to non-Rolex items. The watch was recently given complete conservation service by Adam at Howard's Fine Jewellers and he replaced the hands and dial with Rolex parts including a new tube and crown so it is waterproof to 60m. His report is attached. Howard's one year guarantee included.

In the attached photos there is an unfortunate reflection on the bezel at the 4 o'clock position in the close-up photo. It is obvious in the other photos that this is only a reflection.

The price is $12,000. I live in the Ottawa area. If you are local, we could meet at a convenient ScotiaBank with a bank draft. If not, we could do a third-party deposit to your nearest ScotiaBank. You might have an alternative, secure (for both of us) suggestion for the exchange.

Sorry, but I should point out that the bracelet, as mentioned in the Howard's report, is not Rolex. It's a good look-alike, but it's not Rolex.
