Selling my Watchuseek F72 (chinese sub-forum) Peacock watch. This was a forum led project watch, manufactured by HKED, from 2016 (completed and shipped in 2017, I am the original owner). I was one of the original committee members and the designer for this project.
I am asking $325 CAD, including shipping. No interest in trades.
The complete watch specs:
- Peacock SL6601 automatic movement
- 70 hour power reserve
- Small seconds @ 9 o’clock
- Power reserve indicator @ 3 o’clock
- Date @ 6
- 44mm case size, 52mm lug-to-lug,
- Sapphire glass front (with inner AR coating)
- Mineral glass caseback, blue-coloured rotor
- Sunburst brushed blue dial
- Comes on 22mm taupe riveted pilot strap, will also include original black croc-pattern black strap with signed deployment buckle clasp (unworn)
I am selling because I have too many watches in the box, and this one doesn't find a ton of wrist time for me due to the size. I prefer <40mm typically, and while the design of this watch looks great, it has always been pushing my comfort limits in terms of size. This is a fun watch to wear, especially if you like larger watches. The way light plays off the dial, indices and hands is very eye-catching.
The condition is great, but not completely mint. It has some hairline scratches on the bezel, most noticeable around 4 o'clock (tried to capture in images). I have never time the movement closely, but on wrist it does not show any noticeable change in timing over the 3-day PR. There is lume on the hands and outside of the applied indices, but they are small and do not have a significant glow.
This is only my second time posting for sale on CanWatchCo, however I decided I would rather try to find a buyer within Canada first, before posting to WUS. As such, I do not have any feedback on here, but I do have numerous feedback reports on WUS under the same username (KJRye).
