FSOT: Rolex Submariner 5513,
Serial number : 6,7xx,xxx dates it to 1981
It’s got a stunning patina on the dial and hands.

Equipped with folded 9315 bracelet, which is fairly tight, and 285 end links. The clasp has been replaced at some point during a service.

Comes with the inner and outer box. Also comes with a service estimate from Rolex Canada, dated 1998.

Previous owner owned it for about 20 years and wore it in rotation with over 30 watches.

The case has been polished in the past, but it is still in very good shape.

It probably needs a fresh service as the oil must be dried for a watch that hasn’t been serviced for almost two decades. I personally prefer to sell without getting it serviced because 1) I will never get my service cost; 2) and most importantly prospective buyers would be worried that something might be replaced during the service that could affect the collectibility.

Price : $19,888 trade value to be determined on an individual case.

Watches I am interested for trade : Steel Daytona, red sub 1680, Ceramic sub, sub 16610, Rolex Hulk, Rolex GMT Batman, vintage Omega Speedmaster and Flightmaster, Patek Aquanaut.

The watch is keeping COSC time. The dial has no chips or scratches or cracks. Similarly, tritium plots and hands have no moisture damage or chip or cracks. A beautiful maxi dial 5513 rarely shows up here. Don’t miss the opportunity if you want a solid 5513.
Trades are considered.
