Rolex Explorer II 16570 with rare 3186 caliber for sale.
You may wonder what’s the deal with this explorer. Well, Rolex made the Explorer II ref. 16570 for 22 years and before the new 216570 Explorer II arrived on the scene in 2011, there were approximately three years of 16570-3186 Explorer IIs that were built with the new movement. It’s also worth noting that with 16570-3186 Rolex began engraving the rehaut (the space between the dial and the crystal) of its watches with “ROLEX ROLEX ROLEX”.
Mint condition with fat and crisp lugs. The Rolex crystal has tiny flea bite @6 oclock (you can’t really see, but you can feel with the nail). It was serviced by Rolex two years ago and technically still under warranty.
It’s basically as complete as it gets. Box, Warranty card, RSC service card, booklets, hang tag, extra links, EVEN bezel protector is there.
This might be one of the rarest neo-vintage Rolex and day after day they becoming harder to harder to find especially in this completeness and condition. So, if you’re looking not for a watch only but “investment” too this is The Rolex.
