Here's a beautiful vintage Breitling Navitimer known as the "Old Navitimer I", model reference 81619/A13019, dating to the late 80's/early 90's.
Timekeeping on this Navitimer is excellent. See pic below for Timegrapher readings taken at the time of listing, in the dial-up position over a 15-minute cycle.
This beauty comes with a specially-purchased OEM Breitling Milanese bracelet, the same one used by Breitling for its recent "Airline Series" Navitimers such as the Pan Am. All factory links to accompany, so will fit almost any size wrist. Currently sized for a 7" wrist. Total weight is 136 grams.
Condition of this Navitimer is overall excellent, particularly for a decades-old vintage. The dial is clean and unmarred. The dial markers show a creamy and dreamy patinae. The sliding-scale bezel turns bidirectionally and has a pearly luster to it, matching the sub-dials. Chrono functions work as they should, and hands zero precisely. The crown winds smoothly and solidly. The date changes properly. The case has a few tiny surface scratches commensurate with age and careful wear, but no major dings or deep scratches. The crystal is perfect. The original case back having been polished, the engravings are readable only on close examination but easily so with a loupe. Model and serial numbers are visible. No papers or box.
Shipped to your door for $4,775. Trade value $5,000.
Cheers
